Do you struggle with navigating the relationships in your life; both the ones you have with others and the one you have with yourself? This struggle affects our ability to connect with others, our self-perception, and the way we talk to ourselves. Do you wonder if navigating these relationships can be easier? That you can feel more grounded? More than ever people are struggling to approach their relationships in ways that feel authentic and meaningful. I believe it is possible to be in relation with others and ourselves in a way that is grounded and intentional. I provide support for navigating relationships in three avenues:
Parenting support specializing in parenting with childhood trauma, being a cycle breaking parent, parenting with anxiety, strategies for instilling emotional intelligence in children, and strategies for instilling self-empowerment in children. Individual therapy specializing in anxiety and life transitions, identity, and relational challenges.
Couples therapy specializing in ethical non-monogamy, boundary setting, and communication strategies Together we will raise awareness to faulty relational patterns, identify ineffective thought processes, and improve clarity in self understanding to create grounded and genuine relationships with ourselves and others.
